Operations Manager
Mountain Kingdom Drops is a fast growing company that bottles and distributes high quality underground water bottled straight from the source with simple filtering to quarantee maximum purity. MkDrops is inviting a suitable candidate for the position of Operations Manager.
Job Description
- Manage overall Mountain Kingdom Drops’ operations
- Ensure all operations are carried on in an appropriate, cost-effective way
- Formulate Mountain Kingdom Drops’ strategic and operational objectives
- Improve operational management systems, processes, and best practices
- Help the organization’s processes remain legally compliant
- Communicate job expectations; planning, monitoring, appraising, and reviewing job contributions
- Manage and supervise the workforce, including task allocation, setting deadlines, and monitoring performance
- Prepare and complete action plans, implement them and identify trends
- Perform quality controls and monitor production Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to ensure consistent, high-quality output
- Prepare an annual budget, schedule expenditures, analyze variances, initiate corrective actions
- Maintain a safe and healthy work environment by establishing, following, and enforcing standards and procedures; complying with legal regulations
- Should be customer-centric and devise ways of improving the customer experience, including resolving problems and complaints
- Ensure all processes remain compliant with HACCP, FSMS, and other health and safety regulations
